Kings Gap Hotel redevelopment
The Kings Gap Hotel in Hoylake has been purchased by the Sanguine Group and is being completely remodelled at a cost of £10m. It will re-branded as a Ramada hotel.
The original old house, containing 16 rooms, will be retained, but there will be a new-build element with 96 rooms and suites, and an underground car park.
